All ticket purchases are final. There are NO REFUNDS and tickets are non-transferable.

To prevent the resale of tickets, we will be checking tickets and IDs at the gate upon entry to ensure the names on the tickets match government-issued IDs.

Season Passes are NOT TRANSFERABLE. ID matching the name on the ticket is required for entrance.

We are open rain or shine. The programming of the shows and attractions will be modified based on the weather conditions. In the unlikely chance of thunder, wind, or lightning storms and the event is canceled, due to safety concerns, guests will receive a credit to book another day. No refunds will be available. Please monitor the email you used to purchase for last-minute cancellations due to weather.

Please be aware this event includes a combination of lights (including strobes and haze), special effects, and sound.

Prohibited Items:
Weapons, Gang Associated Clothing, outside food. One factory-sealed water bottle per person and baby food is allowed.
Animals other than licensed service dogs are not permitted.

Assumption of Risk:
Because Ice Skating, Bumper Cars, Ice Sledding/Tubing, Snow Play, Trackless Train, Carnival activities and Inflatables are inherently hazardous activities, accidents can and do happen. By using the Winter Fest OC Ice Rink, Bumper Cars, Ice Slide, Snow Play, Trackless Train, Carnival activities and Inflatable attractions or participating in such activities: (1) you knowingly and voluntarily accept all known and unknown risks of personal injury, illness, death or other loss; and (2) you agree to release and hold harmless Winter Fest OC, Celebration Festivals, PSQ Productions and Winter Fun Festivals and all of its parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents and representative from any and all claims, actions, liability, obligations and damages against the foregoing parties related to or in connection with your use of Winter Fest OC Ice Rink, Ice Slide, Bumper Cars, Snow Play, Trackless Train, Carnival activities and Inflatable attractions or your participation in the activities to the fullest extent allowable by law.

The purchaser understands and agrees all tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
